Most patients receive their shipments between 1 to 3 business days after they have left Avrio Pharmacy. We also have several expedited shipping options for 1-day and 2-day shipping if you request. The expedited shipping options do have an additional fee and may be subject to availability based on delivery address. Please note that, occasionally, inclement weather, or other issues with the third-party carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.), may cause unforeseen delays.

We work with several third-party carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS to ship to our patients. All of these carriers can provide tracking information to an email that is provided to our team at enrollment.

Yes we do!

There are many medications that require refrigeration and/or are temperature sensitive. For refrigerated medications, we will always utilize “next-day” delivery. This means that if a prescription leaves Avrio Pharmacy on Monday it will be out for delivery to the patient on Tuesday (the following day). Our customer service team will do our best to schedule the shipment for your preferred day of delivery.

Refrigerated prescriptions can typically only depart Avrio Monday-Thursday as most carriers do not have a standard Saturday delivery to all areas (exceptions may exist). Our cold-chain packaging is set up to account for any potential shipping delays, by providing 48 hours of temperature control. Cold chain shipping does cost more as a result of increased package weight and size.

Our goal is to provide the same high quality customer service and high quality compounded medication no matter where you live! With that being said, Avrio is actively working to secure licensure in all 50 states.
