| In November of 2018 AVRIO Pharmacy met the extremely high standards required of URAC Accreditation and passed with a final score of 100%. AVRIO Pharmacy was accredited by United Compounding Management (UCM) in March 2016 for meeting high standards in safety and quality. We are honored to be one of the only few pharmacies in the state of Arizona to have met these stringent standards. The benefits of this accreditation translate to a higher possibility of covered compounded medication claims via AVRIO. AVRIO is also in the process of acquiring accreditation form two additional boards which are Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) and Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).
